Humphreys Fund V Reaches $100M First Close

OKLAHOMA CITY – Humphreys Capital, an institutional investment manager, announced its oversubscribed first closing of Humphreys Fund V, surpassing its initial target within six months — half the anticipated 1-year timeframe. The fund’s initial commitments, $102 million, include investments from three state pensions and a state trust signaling renewed institutional appetite for private real estate at the start of what is expected to be a new cycle and an attractive vintage investment period.
