Creed builds and maintains relationships with the investors of Humphreys Real Estate Income Fund (HREIF). He joined the firm in 2022 after gaining experience in sales and as an outdoor instructor with the Impact 360 institute.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Mississippi College in 2019.

He and his wife, Faith, reside in Tulsa.
