Nathan leads the firm’s finance and accounting functions. He joined the firm in 2026, bringing nearly a decade of accounting and finance experience, to oversee the treasury, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and valuation activities for the firm and its managed funds.

Prior to joining Humphreys Capital in his current role, Nathan worked as a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s OKC assurance practice, serving a diverse range of clients across the utility, technology, energy, healthcare, and financial services sectors. Nathan also brings previous experience in real estate investment fund management and accounting from a previous role as the firm’s Controller, which he served in 2023-2024.

Nathan is an active member of the OKC community, where he has served and volunteered with United Way, Junior Achievement, and as a Young Professionals Board member for Cleats for Kids.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 2017. He has maintained an active status as a Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma since 2018.

Nathan and his wife, Lauren, live in Edmond, Oklahoma, with their two dogs, Gibson and Ramsey.
