Nicholas is a Director of Real Estate for Humphreys Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, underwriting, and supporting recommendations to the Investment Committee. He joined the firm in 2020 after an early career as an analyst for a search fund and an engineer with Texas Instruments.

Nicholas earned his CFA designation in 2025, a Master of Business Administration from Rice University in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with a minor in Mathematics, from Texas A&M in 2015.

Nicholas and his wife, Lexy, live in Oklahoma City.
